Yes, I can see what you are saying, but there again I still think what does it matter? If you are in a relationship where you are truly in love who cares what might have been with so-in-so. Sadly, many people do not have completely satisfying sex lives. They may not want to cheat, may not want to leave their partners, but still wonder what it would have been like....

I made my peace with my regret a long time ago. I don't think it necesarrily says that a person is not happy with the person that they are with. I think it is normal to reflect on past decisions and wonder about the other road. Ultimately it is futile. One constant about the universe "There you are".
