Ok ,so obviously it's before penetration. But during foreplay, when should it happen? As soon as he is erect?
Is it the guy's responsibilty to know when it should go on? |

At anytime you want to protect yourself from semenial fluid.
No, it is not just the man job to know when. It is as much as the women's responsibility as the man's. (actually it is kinda more her responsibility as if she gets pregnant) Point, don't let him be the sole person responsible to protect you from STDs or pregnancy. |

I say when his penis is out of his pants and you're going to touch it in any way, put the cover on it.
That way you're guaranteed to be safe (well as much of a guarantee as a condom can afford)... Cheers. |

why not just throw a hefty bad over his head.......people please...are you all telling me you have done this??? when he takes it out of his pants you have asked your man to throw a condom on? get real....before intercourse you put it on.....and if your so worried that he gets a spermy on you, maybe your not ready for sex or just too scared of where he might have been.....please give young people advice that is real and not politically correct

I would put it on after he is errect and you have had a bit of forplay, set the mood a bit.
It should definately go on before it goes inside you in any way, BJ, vaginal, anal. tt |

For someone that is young and just beginning I would consider this good advice ... they can adjust their practices as they get older and more experienced in sex/birth conrol/STDs. Last edited by Fallen1; 07-30-2008 at 09:31 PM. Reason: Add info |

I note that she mentioned "foreplay" and as TalkTime said, therefore, she may prefer to go to that little region first and enjoy their time together ie) BJ. Perhaps when you finish there, as you both would be ready as, start to put it on yourself, he will take over and bite his ear, (lightly) which will get him going even more, and enjoy yourselves. ![]() Fallen 1 Quote:
I totally agree Fallen 1, how many times have we in fact read on this Forum the panics, and sometimes, unfortunately the "little swimmers" managed to get in, even when he did not enter her at all, rather i remember one, came on her stomach but she placed her finger on both that region and then herself in cleaning up and, got, pregnant. It's also good for beginners to have reference such as coolnurse.com, wish we had that help back when i was a teenager. Quote:
