Simplest thing is to tell him to masturbate before you guys go out on a date. That way when it comes time for him to perform again later that night, you'll both have a great time and he will last as long as he / or you want.

You don't have to wait 20 to 30 minutes.

After your man comes, give him a few minutes, then use oral to make him hard again. There's no reason a guy in his 20's can't perform again. Even guys in their 30's and 40's can do it. Make a show of it, like you're taking control of the situation. Men have the potential to be multiply orgasmic, but the woman has to encourage it. Don't try to give a full-on blowjob, be slow and gentle, the trick is to tease him back into being hard again. Think of your boyfriend's junk like a machine, you can push it farther than you think, sometimes a lot farther. Do it until he begs you to stop.

I'm not so sure about making him hard just a few minutes after he comes. This is only my opinion, however. I find that my boyfriend is kind of sensitve after, and likes to wait 15-20 minutes after he comes for more down there (on his part)
