Unhappy Sex drive gone

Hi, I am new to this place.

Well, I am having major trouble with my sex drive in the last year. I have gained weight, I know that that is a major part of it because my mom passed away 4 years ago and I had always been on the heavy side before then after the passing I lost a lot of weight. But, I gained much more than when I was heavy. I am never in the mood and my fiance is getting frustrated becuase I am never in the 'mood'. I just don't know what to do to get my 'mood' back. I have tried dieting and crashed, I am getting Ultra 90. I hope it will work!

Any tips on getting my sexiness back?!?!!? HELP!!

Try L.A. Weight Loss if you have it in your area. I tried it after giving birth and loss 35 pounds in 4 months. I work with it as well though. Good luck.

get your mind off your negative looks and focus on what you love about yourself...do little things like go for walksin the neighborhood when you are really stressed out to clear your head and just enjoy being outside. It will help you feel better about yourself mentally and you will et excercise indirectly.. don't eat 4 hours before going to bed. Don't eat a big breakfast just small healthy meals throughout the day like 4 0r 5 but small portions!! if you are still hungry after you finish eating drink some water and wait 15 minutes before eating any more food usually your stomah will register a lot more full in that time...

dietin tips from a fashion model so trust me i know what i'm talking about

oh and just look in he mirror and get dolled up... lavish attention on yourself until you feel sexier!! it's doesn't matter if you ignore your man a bit through this as long as you pay him some attention... he'll just end up gettin curious about what you are up to and his attention to you and curiosity and praise at your results will make you feel sexier.

get out of the house once a day for some light exercise but tell your man or friends or whatever you just like to tkae walks to clear your head or see what the neighbors are up to.... you'll start to think of it that way and it won't be so awful and boring as excercise anymore...
