Unhappy whats wrong with me??

i am 33. and i had a hysterectomy almost a year ago. i had a very low sex drive before the surgery. but now its even worse! NOTHING can get me "in the mood". i have even tried watching porn. but i may as well be watching grass grow or paint dry. my husband bought me some estriol cream last week. the only thing i notice is that my breasts are sore now. i have been to the dr. may times about this problem. and none of them seem to help. my husband gets really frustrated about the lack of sex in our marriage. im so afraid he will start looking elsewhere for it. hes not "that kind of guy" but, hes STILL a man with a very active sex drive.

jet74, I think you need to switch doctors. Spend some time and do some research online about doctors who specialize in your type of problem. Ask your current doctor who is unable to resolve your issue - to recommend a doctor who specializes in resolving this type of problem.

You're very intelligent to realize the significance of this issue and to want to get it resolved. I think that's 80% of the battle right there. Now go get the other 20% resolved and live a life "happily ever after".
Cheers.

I agree with the post above me.

Many obgyn's offices have supplements you can take or if it's a more serious situation, they are able to prescribe you something. Find a doctor that can help you with is. Believe it or not, it is a very common thing to happen to women... genetics are usually the main reason. There really isn't anything 'wrong' with your body, but a good doctor can certainly fix this for you!

Good luck!
