Question for a Mod

I was sent a PM tonight from a mod with a screen name of Little accusing me of having dual accounts. This is untrue as I have just signed up here for the first time. Not sure where Little gets her info from. However being new I am unable to reply to her PM from what I gather from the FAQ section. How do I handle this situation?
