Can you go see a dermatologist? Its your age and hormones sweetie. Its normal. When I was your age it happened to me and I went to the dermatologist and he gave me a script to clear it up. Seen him every year since just to check my skin as everyone should especially when you get older. Now every facial, "skin expert" in the world would probably disagree but my dr (dermatologist) told me to use good old fashion dial bar soap. Just plain dial. No joke. When I get facials the people freak out but I am 34 yrs old now and have the skin of a teenager. I had and probably do still have cause it never goes away oily skin which agitates acne. Again it is your age but it will pass I just couldnt take it anymore as a teenager so I went to the dr. My parents understood. Talk to them about it. Again I am not a Dr but dial soap is what works for me per my dr's request but it is best to have a dr evaluate your skin first. Hang in there. It does go away. You are young enough that if you see the Dr now he can help you so you dont scar for the future.

Help here ^_^
Its true that marks doesnt really go away completely...it'll just fade...You might want to try using shea butter as an alternative...use it twice daily...
Products like Cocoa Oil or shea butter are proven to lighten marks so it'll blend with the skin.
