Exclamation What in the World!?!? Help!

Okay, so I just woke up about 15 minutes ago, and I washed my face as usual. The, out of habit, i touched my face with my fingers, and for some reason my forehead feels very rough!
I do not know how to best describle it, but if you look very very close in a mirror, you can see it is covered in tiny bumps that are the same color as my skin.
It didn't look that bad, until I treid to put some pore freshener on it. It got a bit red and stung a little! I wiped it off, then put some soothing lotion on it.

Why did this happen? I was fine yesterday!
The only thing I could possibly think of that caused this was that on Sunday I was mowing this mans' lawn and it was really hot out, I was wearing a baseball cap to keep the hair and sweat out of my eyes. The hat got pretty wet from the sweat I also laid down in the grass a few times to cool offf, but I'm not allegic to grass.

Please help! I'm pretty scared right now.

Hmm.. Maybe its because of the sweat or the grass the give you "allergic" reaction.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
It's not red anymore, but it's still rough to the touch. It looks kind of bumpy if you look really close. It looksw a little better, but I still want to know why it happened..

It's probably a little reaction from the sweat, heat, maybe dust and dirt. Wash that hat. The astringents and such are mostly alcohol and may just irritate it. Try a good mild soap and water wash, pat dry with a clean face towel and a bit of unscented, hypoallergenic lotion such as Aveeno.
