For a number of weeks I've been walking for 30min on my treadmill. Then I introduced 1min jogging, the thing is afterwards my legs and bottom hurt like even though I do my stretch exercises. It leaves me drained for days afterwards. Should I go back to walking? I am anxious to lose weight and I am dissapointed that my exercise plan hasn't worked out. All ideas welcome.

I disagree with Michelle. I'd keep jogging and stretch more. Your body will adapt. Stretch before and after the treadmill as well as when you get up and before bed. It will help a lot.

    Keep up the good work.

    Hello Sourpuss and Michelle,

I think as you say sourpuss I will give another try at it. I am really desperate to loose this weight. I guess something will give, either the weight or my legs. Thanks.

You'll get there...and pretty soon your body will catch up. Just keep at it and it will get easier.
