Default Could this b my hormones?

I've suffered for acne for years. A couple of years ago my periods were very irregular so I was put on birth control. A year later i switched to a diff bc. and 3 months ago i completely stopped taking it. I've noticed I don't break out at all until a week before my period and my body seems like it goes crazy. I was thinking could this b something to do with hormone imbalance? I always sweat a lot only under my arms. I don't sweat when i exercise or anything only when im just standing around at work doing nothing. Could this all b linked? And if so can I fix it without going to the doctor?

The break out before your time of the month is completely natural. The sweating is your body's coolant system. It's sensing somewhere in your body your brain is getting mixed signals to keep cooling you off. I am Anemic (Iron deficiency) and I know when my blood count starts to get low ((my iron lvls drop)) I start to feel out of breath from simple tasks. I get worn out faster and I sweat more just standing around. I was also doing the BC for irregular periods like so many women out there. It could just be your body trying to get back into a working routine. Although if it is more then just the sweating issue and you are having a harder time doing things, feeling more fatigued, shortness of breath I would highly reccomend going to the doctor and doing a simple blood test for Anemia. It is very common for women on and off BC to become Anemic.
