The tea has nothing to do with weight loss if that's the menu you're following. The diet is calorie restrictive and very healthy (although, not enough food). That's how these companies make their money. They promise their product will work if you follow a specific diet, well just the diet would work. That, and exercise. You'd get the same results with regular green tea or black coffee.

Unfortunately. Look through this section of the site. It's disheartening to see the loads of diet pill and fad diet threads that go on for pages and pages and then the threads that are started about exercise and/or proper eating die out after a few posts.

Yes i have ordered the wu-yi weight loss tea and as i said in one of my other threads that one of the girls that supposedly lost wait she is also for the colon cleans ad. well i did try it here is the thing when you get the tea you also get a diet booklet telling you how to diet so basically you have to go on a strict diet. also its like the green tea but stronger so it is good for you because it has antioxidants the stuff that kills fat but its no magic tea.so go head and try it remember it does have caffeine in it but the important thing is its not the tea but its you who has to do all the hard work the tea is like a helper its got antioxidants and it kinda curbs your apatite. so no magic

With every diet plan, there is "control" of eating and then there is exercise.

There is no magic pill, and I agree, the amount of threads pointing to trying this one or that one what do you think? Is, like well get on your bike and peddle and stop eating fried food and buscuits and watch the weight fall off, without any of those "magic pills/teas"..

Your right, diets are still "controlling amounts and styles of food"...

Then there will be threads of weight loss but celulite and rolls around tummy, from weight loss... Well without exercise nothing works.. I don't believe...

Personally I m in the 3rd week of my "Wu Yi" Tea free trial and I wanted to see if I kept my normal healthy diet I usually consume if i would still loose weight just from the tea its self!!! Well no i have not lost a pound and i don't feel any different!!! As much as i love the pretty pink box it came in that's about all I've gotten out of the Tea... It also tastes awful and takes forever to steep its a scam!!! 4 thumbs down!!! But to each their own it may work differently for every person!!! good luck!!!
