    Hello!
I was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting rid of that tummy pooch? I have been trying to loose weight, by eating right, walking, and still I can't get rid of that "tummy" Everything else on my body looks proportional but that. I'm a tiny girl, and it sometimes looks like I'm pregnant.

Anyone have any tips? Would greatly appreciate it!

    thanks!

Cut back on the sugar: alcohol, soda, sweets... cut back on bread, meat...don't eat late at night - or at least wait a few hours before going to sleep after eating; beef up your exercise regimen. Could be that you're not burning off as much as you're taking in. Might give any of those a shot and see if that helps.

    Are you tracking calories?

I wouldn't be so rigid as the above poster implied. Eating late at night doesn't make you fat assuming it's within your caloric allotment. Specific foods also don't make you fat.

no im not. well, my diet doesn't really consist of a lot of fat. i'm not sure where i should start; foods that i eat or exercise more. i know i should do aerobic exercises instead of anerobic. but which type of aerobic exercise im not sure of.

One thing I used to do, was put a broom behind my head, holding it on each side and then twisting...

This worked really well for me as far as helping tone the stomach but stroutman81 can advise if this is still a good thing or not to try....

As for food I agree with him... I know the rule is not to eat after 7pm, but it does depend on what you eat, like fruit, vegetable sticks, non calorie things are not an issue, I don't believe.

I personally put on a little over Xmas as we all do, and I just started watching calorie intake and lost 3k and the belly overload .. I think with food, small amounts , frequently, and 200gms of meat and only a couple times, a week, then fish or chicken certainly helped me as well as walking the dogs twice a day...

I am not over weight but the first place i put it on is in the boobs, and around the tummy, the boobs I can handle. lol.
