Anyone ever taken Adipex for weight loss? Just curious how you did? What side effects you had if any? For me I have done okay I have lost probably 17pounds in 7weeks. But for the last week I have been bloated and constipated. I also had an irregular period last month and Im on the pill. The doctor said no back up BC was necessary. Hope these side effects are normal. Anyone have any input or ideas?

I have taken it and lost alot of weight in a short amount of time. I had a few side effects, I could not sleep well at first, dry mouth and the shakes. Nothing I couldnt handle for the results i showed.

I know a couple of people who've taken adipex. I never heard of it before they told me they were on it. I just noticed all of a sudden that they had lost a lot of weight. So I asked them what they did and they told me. They are a couple at my church and the woman had lost 20 pounds and I think her husband lost about 30.

They look thinner but there's something weird about how they look. Kind of like there dried out. Like they've lost muscle tone. Does that make sense?

Anyway, hope I don't sound jealous....I am! lol. I really am glad they've lost weight. I just can't afford that. You have to get it from a doctor.

Default you can get it online

Hi ladies my name is D. I am a 27 year old woman who has been struggling with weight gain the last six years it has gotten out of control in the last three. I am 5'7" and curvy so I am comfortable at 170 to 180 pounds. I am currently at 210. I am committing to dropping thirty to forty pounds and keeping it off. I also love this forum to help keep me accountable. I commit to posting as soon as I receive my pills and keeping you updated on my weight loss journey. I was a little disappointed as I was reading because I noticed some people gave there initial situations but there was no follow-up. I would love to share my experience with You.

You can get it online for about $50

So I just finished my 2nd month taking adipex. I have lost 20pounds. So far so good, I just hope I can keep it off! I more less needed a boost to break a plateau. Yes I would also like to know a website to get either of these medications.

i go to a weight management doctor and he gives me Phentermine fiber pills and chromium
the fiber pills really help keep me regular
i take two in the morning and two at night
maybe that would help with the constipation

    Red face

I have been on this medication for almost a month now. I recently had two pregnency's back to back and gained allot of weight. After having my boys (21 mos. and 9 mos) I found it impossible to loose the weight. I have so far lost 15 lbs. I had also experiance dry mouth, trouble falling asleep and the shakes. Now that the weight is starting to come off i have to figure out how to tone up the saggy loose lower portion of my tummy. any one have any advice?

phentermine is a great pill for weight loss & energy in the beginning, but i feel that my body becomes immune to it & no longer works. I do also get the B12/myoden shots as well to help with energy. If you read the side effects there is a whole list, but the most common are the dry mouth, insomnia, and constipation. You can get it in different mg's or try taking the whole pill in the morning or half in the morning half before dinner.... if you aren't sleeping, try taking it earlier in the day or only half a pill... or ask your doctor for a lower dose.
