    Default its common

they say you are spose to loose AT LEAST 100 hairs a day.... I am only 21 and i constantly loose alot of hair in the bath and shower and then when I get out and brush my wet hair there will be at least a handful of hair pulled out of my brush just from brushing it that one time. Its normal for hair to fall it what you need to worry about is if its coming from one area or your hair is thinning to the point others may notice then you may worry about it but different people tend to loose alot more hair then others and women loose more hair then men i think...hope this helped

Besides, sleep earlier is also another cure, later sleepers does not get enough energy the next day so as the hair, hair is greatly depend on hormone, when sleeping too late like 1am to 2 pm will affect hormone production system, so it affects your hair production and strength, thus easy hair fall.

Besides, the shampoo you use also affects the hair. Some people are more sensitive to certain kind of shampoo, thus finding a shampoo suitable for yourself is essential. Try to consult a hair specialist and get their advice. And one more important tips, do not stress yourself , living more happily and stress free is going to be improve your hair condition and all overall health.
