i am only 18 years old and i have bad stomach problems. such as stomach pain, vomiting, diarehia, heartburn, neasea, sharp pains, blood on tissue when i make a bow movment, and pain in my upper abdomen. Could this be my gall bladder? My mom has had gall bladder problems for many years, and it kinda runs in my family. What should i do? I'm afraid to get help and my fiance is really worried.

i say go to your doctor. they might want to take some test to see if you have ibs... have you had a "sensitive" stomach? and when you have blood does it hurt when you make a fudgey? (sorry for the silly word) cause you might fissures...who knows.

but by the way you describe your symptoms it could be ibs or ulcers. go to the doctor asap. you don't want this to get worse. good luck

which side of your upper abdomen, describe the pain (tearing, sharp, dull etc), how much blood on the toilet paper, smalls smears are usually just from wiping too hard. How often do you have them and for how long have you had them? Does the pain move anywhere or stay in the same place? Does anything make it better or worse? Is it worse when you push on it, or when you push and then release quickly. Anything unusual in your vomit or diarrhea? Any chance AT ALL you could be pregnant? I'd recommend you see a Dr. in the mean time, with a little more info I may be able to be of some help.

Sounds miserable. What is your diet like? Do you avoid sugars, refined, bleached wheat products and processed foods? Do you get plenty of fruits and veggies, whole grains and low fat protiens? No matter what is going on a good diet will help.

Do you have a yellow tinge to your skin and the whites of your eyes? Bile will produce a yellow tinge. Get to a good general or family doctor for a check up, they ca ndo tests and determine if you need to see a specialist. Why live with this? It solution may be quite simple. Go get some real answers, none of us are doctors and even if we were you would need an exam.

I have to say it sounds like its your diet. Not enough fiber and hemorroids (rectal bleeding) Try eating more fruits and veggies, drink plenty of water and see if this changes anything.
