    Post NO rice diet..is that okay?

    and is it healthy?

    I have no particular way on how I do my diet or what particular foods to eat. but no rice for me, cutting back on bread and no to soda just water and tea. and I go to the gym 5-6 times a week

    Well, some of the Japanese women I know don't eat much rice at all in order to stay thin - they eat salad or fish instead. So it could be helpful. I would assume it's just the same as cutting out bread and other carb-heavy foods. Cutting out soda is definitely a big help - reducing sugar in general is a good way to go. Overall, just as long as you take in fewer calories than you're burning off every day, you'll lose weight.

    well i was used to eating white rice. but not anymore. haha. although sometimes I still eat a little bit of rice
