    Hey all,

I realize that the general majority are viewing this site in order to have help losing some weight. I am proposing a fitness group in order to encourage and motivate all of us to shed pounds and feel good about ourselves during the process.

I am a mom of 3 and I weigh 193 lbs at 5'7. I am 30 yrs old and AM going to lose weight doing it the old fashioned way. I had to analyze what I ate and how much excersize I really had been doing......or more likely not doing. It was a hard glance at the reality I had been living. I was NOT eating what I should have been nor was I really excersizing.

Once I came to my realization on my bad habits, I decided to take hold of it and really own up to the pounds I acquired.

This is a hard journey and I'd like to have other women I could count on to give encouraging words or to help me stay on track. I, of course, would return the favor.

Is anyone else interested in starting a fitness/weight loss group?

One last note: before I found this website I had already lost 7 lbs on my own. I'm proud of my 7 lbs and feel like I could lose the extra pounds with a little extra encouragement. Thank you!!!

    Dear Debra,

Well, the FIRST thing I want to say is "GREAT JOB" with the 7 pounds!!! Good for you!!! I think that a weight loss group would be great!! I think there is people out there whom maybe feel they don't want to be a bother to anyone about there general "weight loss issues" but yet all in the same thought they would really "LOVE" to have some outside support by someone who is not going to judge them with the way they look, dress or by there overall personal apperance! I know I need support, and I want to return the favor by helping someone else!!

I know My biggest problem is carbs!! yesturday (friday) morning I actually stayed up when my husband went to work witch was at 6:30. I took My green tea pill and ate about a cup of cheerios. Then I waited about 20 minutes and went on the bike for about 20 minutes. Its all sounds great!! Then all day yesturday I drank about 2 full glasses of water, and had a half cup of pineapple for lunch. THEN FOR DINNER WE WENT TO MY FATHERS HOUSE AND ATE 2 PIECES OF PIZZA!! I kep telling myself that that was my cheat day, but come on my cheat day on my first day that I started!! NOT GOOD!!

PLEASE EVERYONE KEEP ME FILL ME IN ON YOUR PROGRESS !!

Really you saw results that quick!! What is the tea, you just add it with water or is it already made? Where do you get it at? I don't like the idea of "diet pills" cause I am just not into taking any kind of pills. Plus there are so many out there that I dont know what onoe works and what dosn't! So thats y I figured that I would try the Natural green tea. Even that makes you feel funny. I just have no energy. I am a stay at home mom, I work some nights at a plant called P&G thats like 2 miles from my house. So, I am home all day and just have no energy to do anything! At least the Green Tea gives me some energy. So Super Panda what are your down falls? If you don't mind me asking?
