User picture?

Hey guys, this is a little bit of a dumb question but I'm not very forum savvy, lol. I have a user picture uploaded, but I don't know how to get it to display when I post. Is it showing up for anyone else? How can I make it show up when I post?

I believe if you go into your usercp, as you've posted over 33, you should be able to go to avatar and up-load your photo from there...

Play around there and if you still can't do it, tell us what happened and I will go into the CP as if i was going to up-load mine and write it out and post it back here, eventually seeing as i am on vactation.

However, I'm guessing someone else will jump on here and explain it, but if i can do it so can you..... We're not stupid trust me,
