Some months back, I had a back injury. I pulled a ligament along the pelvis in the back. Well, I was in pain for months! I went to physical therapy a couple of times, but it seemed to get worse. ya i swear açai is a miracle fruit. My friend just opened up an açai smoothy bar and it is delicious (although kind of addicting). The days that i dont eat it... are just not as good as the days that i do have it.

mangosteen.... i have only had fresh and it too is delicious, i had no idea it was so healthy.
