Help! Friend Issue

Awhile ago, I met a guy via the Internet. We chatted for a few months, but I let him know that I wasn't into him romantically because of his age. We lost touch. A few months later, we found each other again. Like before, I reminded him I wasn't into him for anything except friendship. Despite this, he continues talking about romantic things, and stuff he wants to do with me. I admit I may have stroked his ego a few times, but I still see him as nothing more than a friend. How to get the point across, so that he understands 100% that I want him only as a friend, nothing more?

You have said your peace, he knows the score, although if you have flirted a bit, that may have given him the green light to do the same back.

It's the internet, you don't have to ever tell him where you life, your mobile number, where you work...

Just say things like yeah, yeah, back onto a different topic, so how's work?
