I have recently started looking at my life and not liking it. I graduated from college about a year ago with an English degree, but I am still stuck at Walmart. I have been looking for a job, but I can't find much of anything. On top of this right after college my boyfriend and me moved an hour and a half away from our hometown, and I haven't made any friends. We really don't go anywhere and the town seems closed off to the new. To make matters worse my mom and I don't have much of a relationship, and we used to be really close.
It isn't like I don't have good things in my life. My boyfriend of four years is wonderful. He has been really supportive latly. I also have a wonderful step mom and dad. But I still find myself unmotivated and sad most of the time.
    Thanks for listening.

Changes take time to adapt, and you want to grow but there's no room ..

Remember one word ' "YET"... Because as long as you dream, desire, want, it will happen...

Being a little deserted in a town with not much can also bring you down but your boyfriend loves you as you state and maybe you need to get back in contact with all those you love, via internet for the time being so you have people surrounding you.

Why aren't you close anymore to your Mum, can you work through this do you think?

Keep smiling, and the world will smile with you..

Thanks for your words of wisdom. My mom and I are way past the point of return. To make a very long story short, we are two different types of people. She went through a tough patch in her life and instead of bringing us closer, it brought out the bad qualities in her and they stayed. As long as I agree with her things are ok. But I can only do that for so long. When she and I talk it takes away my energy. It helps alittle to be so far away, but when I come home to visit I don't want to stay long. I'm hoping if we stop talking for awhile, it will help us.

I understand that part, it's a shame and maybe when she is older she will mend those ways.

You obviously are slightly spiritual in your thinking, as you talk energy. I am a believer of keeping away from negative energy as it draws or sucks you in huh..

You have your head screwed on, be patient all things deserving come our way.

And, get out there somewhere and laugh... cause you need it.
