I am 12 years post domestic violence injury which rendered me a quadriplegic.
In November, I entered the hospital with a decubitus ulcer and staph in my hip bone. I am still bed bound 5 months later.
My long thick hair was one of the last external features I was proud of.
Now after so long in bed, moving back and forth on a pillow, my hair is massively falling out, leaving it so thin and broken.
Any ideas?![]()

Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.
Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
you must believe!
What a terrible ordeal for you to go through. From what you say sounds like you are suffering from a loss of vitamins especially since you are not getting out in the sunshine. You should be taking a multivitamin daily, plenty of C and Biotin among others to give your immune system a boost. Zinc is extremely important to get you healed up fast. Good Luck![]()
