Have you tried adding lemon juice to your water? I do that and it really helps with my skin, so that's good.
I can not bring myself to drink plain water, bottled or otherwise. I have tried dropping a piece of fruit in it and still dislike it....But seltzer water plain or flavored I can drink until I am blue in the face. So does anyone know if it is any less healthy to drink seltzer over plain water?

sour, this is reg stop and shop brand zero cal no sodium lemon lime seltzer. and yeah tried that to its just not seltzer

I am really interested to hear that answer to this as I am addicted to my seltzer water - kiwi strawberry and black cherry for me. I do not drink sodas of any kind and really do not like plain water. I drink 2-3 liters of the stuff throughout the day. I hope it isn't too bad.....
