I'm really interested in ordering the total core ab machine. I've checked out a few sites and gotten generally good reviews about it.
    Has anyone tried it ?
    Does it really work?

Wow, pricey! It should work really well; just be prepared to diet and do cardio also if you're not already. None of these things work by themselves.

Oh there's a diet plan and a workout DVD... hopefully that has a cardio and circut routine in it. That would be something to ask about if you're hoping that this was a complete plan.

    Yes it works!!!

I do the uk advertising and we had one in the office for a good while. They do take a bit of getting used to. It feels good but its a little wierd being THAT supported.

That's dangerously close to shilling, which is a practice that makes your company look dishonest and incapable.
It makes it difficult to get any positive reviews on products, but when posting threads like this the poster should expect that the company will google their own name and reply to the threads making their product look better, saying it's the best, etc. It's really slimy in my opinion. Even if the shiller admits they're part of the company, every time they post, their product's name is on another thread. If you respond to them by name, you find you're thinking about the product.
Maybe you should request a name change :P

I designed the website and im proud of it. Its a good product and people seem pleased with it. I dont think its fair that just because i work for the company i cant have an opinion. Surely im in the best position to comment as i get lots of feed back and have used the product myself.

Im fair in everything that i do and i have taken the time to respond to this blog to help people out. No-one asked me to do it, But i googled "total core" and this site came up.

I will say this - its not a miricle cure, you have to do the work for yourself. Im sorry to hear about people not getting refunds from other sites but we offer a full 30 day money back guarentee. I cant be responsible for other resellers but i know we have allways been fair.

    Rant over!

    Wink It works for me...

I'm disabled with spine injuries and related arm and leg & nervous problems, mainly on my left, but affecting both sides. The Totalcore has been invaluable for me in trying to keep myself as fit as possible.
Granted, I am fairly fit and "sporty" for your average disabled person, but where previously I had to wait for physio supervision to do any situps and were doing blocks of six, my very first morning with the Totalcore I managed 125 and I'm now doing that twice a day.

The aftersales support is great too.
    - We had a minor problem with one of the green resistance springs, but when I rang customer services, even though I was struggling to describe the problem, the Lady knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. As I didn't have the paperwork to hand, she found me in the computer from my surname (no postcodes here in Eire) and arranged to send out two spare parts straight away with no questions or quibbles.

I'm loving this machine - it makes such a difference for me!
