    Talking help regarding eye bags

due to my constant staying up late until 3am. I now have bags under my eyes.hmp.. its not the puffy kind, its really dark. and I am so irritated by it.
I heard that by getting enough sleep at the right time can make them go away. is that true? and how months/weeks does it take for those stupid bags disappear or lessen?

any tips, advice? something like the cold spoon or cucumber thingy. haha
    thank you in advance guys!

Sleep deprivation can have a lot of negative effects and may be responsible for more car accidents than alcohol. Yes, it can give you bags under your eyes! Why not start with the simplest solution and try getting more sleep? See what happens?

Damp tea bags placed on your closed eyes can help (tanic acid) and so can cucumber slices (moisturizing), you have to lay down and relax to use them and the bit of rest may be as much help as anything. LOL

Use an eye cream or eye serum. This is what they are made for.
