im up at 230am about 5 days a week bc of work. i workout for 40mins first thing in the morning, then eat a bowl of special k with 1cup fat free milk and 1cup of v8 slasph. i work about 8hrs a day and before i go home i eat a special k bar for a snack. for lunch it depends, mac & chesse, pbj toast, tendergrill. pretty much it is whatever i feel like. sometimes another snack like an apple or another bar. then w/e is for dinner. i dont eat much of it bc i know it is not healthly (it comes from a box) yummy. plus 8 cups of water. then bed and do it all over again. my wonderful day. i have no idea how many calories i eat i dont want to count them. anywho that is what i do. i do read the threads. go me!! still good luck to everyone
