I'll message you a great site to use.
I recently started limiting my calorie intake to 1500 a day. Its working out mostly ok except for when i have to cook and add all those ingredients. I make alot of West Indian food so its really hard to count my cals.
I would like to know how do i check the cals for a meal im making. Is there like an online tool that i can enter how much of this and that i add to the meal it will be able to tell me?

It's so hard to count calories for homemade meals. It can be done, but alot measuring and stuff like that. I tend to eat alot of food with labels, or if I make homemade meals, they are mainly vegetables and stuff that I know are not high in calorie or fat, so I don't have to worry about calories.
Yeah, it is very hard. I leave most of my cals for dinner. I try my best to find an average of how much it is though. Sometimes i just go for a smart ones or lean cuisine meal for dinner that way i know the exact cals. Breakfast and lunch is pretty easy to figure out, i use mostly labelled foods. I read that if u cant count the cals in a meal use portion control so i try that also.![]()
