yesterday morning i woke up and my nipples were very sensitive to the touch...i figured it would go away, but they are still pretty sensitive today...does anyone have any recommendations on what to do or why they are so sensitive all of a sudden?

Do you feel you may be pregnant?

Has your SO been sucking, licking or playing with them? That can cause sensitivity- the best cure is to play with them more. Toughen them up just a bit, if you are going to nurse a baby you have to do that so you don't get sore.
