No, because if you feel crowded, or closed in, you can't be free.
Isn't that what life is about? Being yourself, and other's enter your life, but don't control it?

Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.
Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
you must believe!
Not at all; you should not feel guilty for wanting time to yourself. We all need it to recharge; find a quiet place where you can go and be alone even if it's only for a few minutes, turn off the phones......tell everyone to leave you alone....and learn to say no....which is easier said than done, I know from experience.....
You need to be able to focus on yourself to be healty and grow..........Good luck to you.
You can control your point of contact. People do it in business all the time. Let them leave a voice mail. Then you can call a back when you are ready. That way they aren't catching you off guard and you can determine better what you can or can't handle. When you say no, you don't have to offer any explainations, it just won't fit in your schedule right now.
Have you told them that you would like to have space to yourself each week? I always stress how communication is SO important in ALL relationships whether it is a parent, cousin, boyfriend, aunt or best friend. You have to be open and one hundred percent honest with them. Sometimes that's all they need to see what is going on.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to spend some time alone. I feel the same way. I have had this problem with my family. They always want me around. I just had to designate time for myself and time for them. In the end it worked out.
"All the beats and melodies keep realities at bay but what happens when the records done and starts to fade away? Alone within myself again, I try to veil away my pain. The dirty grey surrounding me 'round..... And now I hear no sound."
