So a few new workouts this week has some of my muscles volumizing. I don't know if there's another word for it ... basically, muscles swell and start to store water; it can make the scale stall or teeter in the wrong direction.
Anyway, I know it's a good thing and it's only temporary. I'm just venting.
I'm trying to push through an emotional time so my workouts have been extra productive the past few days, hehe.
Yeah, if I am in a bad mood or just emotional, I just go to the gym and really work it. Really helps to be in a rotten pissy mood to get a great workout!
I did not know about that muscle volumizing? Maybe that is why I feel like have been kind of swollen in my muscles. I have been doing a little too much muscle work the last couple weeks. Interesting.
