Permanent colution or blacks?

My (black) fiance says permanent laser hair removal will work on my (very white skin & hair) but not on him.

Is this true?

If so, are there any solutions for him?

Don't know anything about this but it seems the best to do would be to consult a professional and see what they say?

Permanent hair removal does not work on any skin. Most people figure that after a certain amount of time, it's unlikely that a hair will ever return
