I've just ordered a Nintendo Wii fit - It looks really good, a personal trainer in your own home. Have I been roped in by the advertisments or is it really as good as it promises to be????

I can't speak from experience, but my boyfriend bought one for his Mother and Daughter and from what I can gather, not only do they move to the grove and twist and turn and get tired, they laugh and giggle at watching each other try.

Perhaps you should add some fun into it and have a girlfriend join you,

Pretty much anything that gets you moving and gets your blood flowing it worth it.
Now, if you play it for a week and then let it collect dust then maybe it's not such a good idea.

We have just started the "my personal fitness coach" on the wii, you have to put in all your details height weight measurements and then do a fitness test and then it works out what you are capable of doing and all different excersises, this works for me because id much rather tell a game than tell a person lol.
Will let you guys know how it goes so far so good though!

Ive had it for about 2 months i think or a lil more. Its so much fun!
I love that u can weigh yourself and check your bmi (i do it almost every morning). My favorite workouts are the hula hoop, 20 min jog. I love it!

    Default Its arrived

Hi All - thanks for the feed back, my Wii arrived yesterday with fit board etc - I thought that I had just bought it on a whim but after all of the positive replys I'm gonna keep it. I really enjoy to work out but don't always have the time to go the gym so this sounds exactly what I need plus I'm an analyst by day so all the measures etc are right up my street!!
