Ha I can't believe I love this thing so much - how good is the Yoga, I've never done yoga before but I'm really thinking about going to a novice class. Most of the exercises are great for me - hula hoop - lol, step, jogging but boxing is my favourite of all, can't believe my heart races so much. I have only had it about 2 weeks but I can see an improvement already and it tells me I have lost 5lb and my BMI has dropped about 1 point so all good. I have just gone out today and bought ankle / wrist weights to make the work outs harder - how good am I - lol.

Will let you know how I'm getting on - tell all your friends the Wii is the place to be..........

Thumbs up I love wii fit!

I LOVE my Wii fit. I've had it since it came out and it has helped me to loose weight. I love the Yoga and the strength training kicks butt! I also recently purchased the EA Sports game for the Wii and I've enjoyed that too. It really utilizes strength training and cardio. To add to the variety of games I also got Punch Out and talk about a boxing workout dream! I played for an hour last night, got a GREAT workout, and am feeling it this morning so it's a great workout!

But back to the Wii Fit. I think you'll love it. You've got to try the hula hoop game. It is fun and it will get your heart pounding.

I love my Wii, I live in a small town where there are no Gyms, and have very limited space in my house so treadmills are out. I use the Wii Fit, and the Wii Fit+ as well as the EA Sports Active, great stuff. I love the yoga, and the boxing, as well as the running. The Wii Fit + lets you make your own work out routines, so there is not so much wasted time between, it just moves right along for you.

I have never heard of this Punch Out game, might have to look into that
