Oh that sounds so painful! Do you have any aloe plants? Aloe is wonderful on burns.

Yes I've been putting aloe on my burns. They are getting better and thank you happy ending it was some water weight. I'm not going to give up! I can't give up. Thank you for your support it always makes me feel better! I just need to get back on track and maybe step it up a little. I'll get to my goal it just takes time.

Hi Happy ending and wildchild. How are you doing? I'm still doing good. I've lost 64lbs now. Things are starting to get weird now though. I've been big since I was between the ages of 10 and 12 so I don't know what it is like to be thinner. I feel weird things now. Like when I start eating I can feel my stomach stretch out inside and it hurts! So I think I have to slow down when I eat and eat less at a time. And now I can feel more bones and I'm getting a shape. My husband says its weird too but he likes it. He said he has to get used to it and that I don't have blubber flapping around lol. I'm sleeping great now even though I still use 2 pillows to keep my head lifted. It's a great feeling I hadn't felt in so long!

it sounds like you are having a real change in your attitude, now you know how "healthy" feels and it feels good. thank you for sharing your journey, i am really glad to hear you are doing so well and that hubby is supportive, reassure him though that the sexy new you loves him as much as the "blubbery" old one. does your stomuch always hurt, or just when you eat too much? or maybe you are eating too much fibre? just a thought.

I think my stomach hurts when it is empty then I eat too much too fast and it has to expand very quickly. I've slowed down more and it didn't hurt yesterday. Some days are hard though like when my husband is home with me because I tend to eat more and less healthy foods because either he cooks or I cook what he wants. I just have to learn to portion better, control myself, or cook something different for myself on those days. I've been working on that since the beginning but it is hard when he wants fast food or home made hamburgers and frys.

well a little bit of "naughty" food is ok surely? eating slower is good too because it gives your brain time to register when you're full.
