How to remove acne from my face????
How to remove acne from my face????
firstly, you should sleep early beacouse staying up at night has a bad effect on your immunity.
keep healthy nutrition, eat a lot of vegetable and fruit
Sometimes, it's just genetic and there really isn't a way to stop it. Try cutting out greasy foods like fatty meats,oils,ect... If your looking for a product to cut the acne then your best bet is proactive (yes cliche) but it works wonders for most people. Or maybe an organic solution would sute you better, I have been using organics for a long time now and my skin looks healthy and clean.
I went to my dermatologist and she gave me a sulfer facial. It smelled bad but it worked! By the next day it was not red and going down. She also prescribed me a sulfer face wash and a cream and a cheap pill for big pimples. I barely even have to use the pill or cream because the sulfer wash really works and I only use it once at night .
whats a sulfar wash???
I find some natural treatments
One of the easiest remedies for acne is a regular application of lehttp://infodisease.common juice to pimples and acne. Allow to act for up to an hour then wash with warm water

1) Wash your face morning and night
2) Change out your pillowcase every 3-4 days (keeps bacteria from building up
3) Apply an aspirin mask 2-3 times a week (break down 2 aspirin in a few drops of water, make a paste and apply for a few minutes)
4) Use a sulfa/sulfur based spot treatment on large spots.
Do this religiously for a couple weeks and see if things improve. I'd also recommend getting some Cor Soap or Nano Cyclic Soap (same soap, 2 different brands and prices). It's a one step tightening, lightening, toning, and blemish killing cleanser. In most cases it works in about a week.
Interesting how nobody has mentioned increasing your water consumption.
Drinking water, and more of it, naturally "flushes" out your system and helps to keep your pores/skin cleaner, brighter and with more natural elasticity.
To "spot treat" a blemish, common toothpaste works pretty well as a drying agent. Dab it on the blemish and allow to dry before you go to bed.
Many cosmetics can clog pores as well. So if you're a consumer of cosmetics either use less of them or try a different/better brand.
