Doing squats and lunges will tone it up; I'm not sure if it will actually get bigger, persay, but it will be nice and toned, as will your thighs.

There's a product that I've seen out there that has -- let's call it, "butt pads".
They fit like underwear, but there's a pad for each butt cheek. Y'know what I mean?

actually i don't know how to suggest any of this..but why you really want it?your not satisfied to your butt?one thing you could do is exercise..

exercise will help a lot,,after eating don't directly lie down on bed,instead stand for a few minutes..
Squats will do it....so will the stair climber, or just plain old going up and down stairs. You can also walk backwards down hills.
Here is a picture of the motion you need to follow in order to do a proper squat. Do 3 sets of 15 reps every 2nd or 3rd day for starters. As it gets easier, increase the weight you are carrying.

They have "padded" jeans AND even padded underwear too these days, look online...but if you want your REAL butt to be bigger, do butt exercises like squats to build up the muscles underneath.![]()

Ok, really, the holy grail of butts (to me at least) is the firm, toned 'bubble-butt'. You can't do anything about where your genes store your fat cells, but you can develop the muscles back there.
As said above - weighted squats, lunges etc are the ticket, as are other exercises which stimulate muscle growth. BUT you need to do 'low-repetition/high weight' exercises to gain mass in any muscle. Check out websites with info on weight-lifting (careful - have to sift out the trash and bullpoo. P.M. me if ya want a specific reference) and get a game plan. Nutrition is important of course -as is rest. Ballance

Your post made me look for butt exercises lol..squats, running, hiking, biking, walking are some of the exercises mentioned to strengthen our rear.
