they are everywhere!! im so sick of hearing about them geesh! she is famous for crapping out a litter and then getting a free tummy tuck big deal. ok so there was cheating involved...guess what?...thats like half of every marriage out there! how many of us normal non celebs have been cheated on by someone we love? probably half of the members on here but are we in the news? noooooooo.

I just hope the media gets sick of them quickly so I can go back to reading my tabloids without having to see them on every cover and then on every other page inside

Can't stand the parents. The kids are adorable. I've been a fan of the show since BEFORE all this drama-who*red fame blew up.

Reality TV is just so over the top -- isn't it about time we moved on to some good TV?

If we keep watching it --- then the networks & sponsors will keep shoveling more of this junk our way!
It all about numbers & demographics and the best way to encourage the networks to start spending some cash on developing good TV programs is for us to stop watching the !!

The whole situation is ridiculous! Jon and Kate are being so unreasonable! I mean, I've never been famous or anything.

I don't think they should have done the show to begin with. Kate's line about doing the show to answer everyone's questions all at once...I don't quite buy it.

My mom was given an offer to be on the Wife-Swap show. My mom is AMAZING and is unique My brother was in a pretty popular local band (one of the screaming kinds of bands) in Indiana and my mom would let anyone...anyone...come over whenever and for however long they wanted. She believes in loving people for who they are and where they're at. If a kid needed a place to stay, our doors were always open. There would be times when we'd wake up and there would be teens sleeping ALL over the living room - some we didn't even know their names! Everyone called (and still does) her "hardcore mom" (hxcmom). This has since mellowed due to my brother growing older and not being in the band...and my mom realizing she needs her space sometimes and needed to put up some boundaries.

The point is...my mom turned down the Wife-Swap offer. I remember discussing it as a family and while the opportunity was cool and all (not to mention the money!), none of us wanted the baggage that can come with fame. We didn't want to deal with not being able to lead a normal life without people saying "HEY I saw you on that show!" My brothers were about 15 and 16 at the time...not as young as the Gosselin kids, but still young...my parent's wanted to protect them.

I don't know if Jon and Kate ever discussed that or not, but I think they should have considered that a little more. I mean, having your kids grow up with cameras constantly everywhere.... I think those kids are gonna watch those episodes and feel pretty embarrassed sometimes (mainly Maddy - man she can be a grouch). I know I would!!

I saw the video of Kate denying one of the older girls water...and then drinking some right in front of her face and telling her there was no time for HER to have water! I know a lot of things can be taken out of context...but that video seems pretty black and white to me. Sheesh.

I used to root for Kate...but now...I can't stand to watch that show. My husband and I stopped watching right after they got their new house.
