finding the right bra

i was wondering what would be a good bra for someone that has chronic acid reflux/gastritis like i do. i try on bras and they are all too tight for me. i am a technically a size 34c but i wear a 34b for it not to be TOO tight. but lately (the past month) i haven't been wearing a bra at all. ( i dont want my boobs to droop) it seems that i can't even wear 34b anymore.

any advice?

Maybe visit a bra store for a professional fitting? Explain what your needs are. They should be able to help.

Either that or bring a measuring tape with you to a store put it in your purse it usually tells you how to measure yourself when trying on clothes/swimwear etc . Also i ecocomedr trying Playtex secrets bra. They have them in black,white beige. I love them because their soft and comfortable.THey can be pricey 20-25. I'll tell you thoughh they last forever. You can also pretty much find them everywhere. However I would recomend Kohls department store. They carry the real thing It's betterrather than h aving the alternative and not wearing a bra. I have larger chest and they hold mine. I can imagine only being a 34b or c playtex secerts would be nice and soft yet very supportive for you on your back shoulders etc. Good Luck
