Hi Niko. I'm disappointed that no one has responded to you yet. I'm looking for help with the same thing. It's very embarrassing and the worst part is you don't know who to ask about it. I see a lot of things about underarm sweat, but that's the least of my worries :-(. If you happen to get anywhere do you mind posting what you find? I'll keep digging and do the same.

The areas of the body in which you experience sweating are common in experiencing hyperhydrosis, or excessive sweating. Excess weight and hormonal changes associated with postpartum state make it worse.
If your thyroid gland status has not been evaluated, it should be and it is relatively easy with a single blood test. Overactive thyroid can cause excessive sweating.
In the meantime, you can try Drysol which is 20% aluminum chloride hexahydrate ethyl alcohol solution applied to clean skin in the problem areas. It should be applied nightly on dry skin until results are visible. After that the time intervals between applications may be lengthened. The excess of the medication should be washed off in the morning to avoid irritation and the area may be 'neutralized' with a washcloth dipped in a baking soda solution.
You should check with your ob-gyn before you try Drysol, but it has been deemed "probably safe" in nursing mothers.

You need to control your diet, do not eat anything containing fat, have a morning walk of 20 minutes or play tennis, control intake of beer. I did the same thing on a friend's advice and it helped me! But please consult your physician also.
