You might start with a visit to an Ear Nose and Throat specialist. You may have allergies, or your sinus's may be constructed so they don't drain well.
How is your sleep? Do you get at least 7 hours a night of uninterupted sleep? Do you snore? Could you have apnea? Are you overweight?

This recipe comes from an acquaintaince, a fashion model in India. She uses this particular preparation on her dark circles every morning before covering them up with a thick concealer.
You will need:
* 1 tsp tomato juice
* 3-4 drops of lemon juice
* a pinch of turmeric powder
* enough white flour to make a paste
Mash these ingredients together into a medium-thick paste and dab it under your eyes. After fifteen minutes, wash the paste away. This should lighten the dark circles and address puffiness to some degree.
LeBliss09: Here's some tips to reduce dark circles on eyes:
1. Grate cucumber and squeeze fresh juice out of gratings. Dip two cotton balls in it and keep these cotton balls on eyes. This relaxes eyes and relieves tiredness of eyes. Considered as the best remedy for under eye dark circles.
2. Drink plenty of water (more than 15 glasses)
3. Eat fresh fruits, green vegetables which are rich in fiber.

Everyone is different - I don't know if what works for me will work for others. I, too, have had problems with dark circles.I found that the following have helped:1. Diet. I avoid dairy and processed stuff. Seems like they aren't as bad if I eat lots of fruits, veggies, lean meats and avoid alcohol and carbs. Drinking lots of water helps, too.2. Less is more.

Dark circles under the eye also indicate stress and tiredness. Drink lots of water, take a well balanced diet including green vegetables and fruits, take a good sleep etc. Also Prepare a paste of pineapple juice and turmeric. Apply it on the under eye area. It is good for removing dark circles.
