what's wrong with me? :(

a few days ago, after my period ended
i started feeling this sharp sting in my vagina
as if a needle were in there

and i keep having to go to the bathroom
but when i sit on the toilet nothing comes out
when i stand up, i have to go again
but when i sit down nothing comes out

when i actually DO pee it hurts a lot

and this morning i had cramps (but im not on my period)
and i have a fever

WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME?!
what should i do to get better again?

-i am a virgin
-i dont use tampons
-i dont use birth control
-ive had a terrible lack of sleep the past 2 weeks
-i haven't had time to eat the past few days
