1.I do not have hobbies but my work family committments occupy my time.
2. At the moment there is programme on action learning that is work related and I am finding it hard with the reading of literature.

Walking might be a nice way to excercise while spending quality time with family. As a little girl, I would love to take walks with my dad. This was a great way for us to talk, and its always nice to get frsh air. This way, you save time! You can excercise and spend time with family.
