thank gawd there is'nt a thread here talking about football lol or posting gross pics.
    haha.

No, actually, I don't think many people can relate to death, or the effects, or abuse, (there are different forms of abuse) and I have been there too.

I think that if you talked about "sex" you would have 100 replies, seems that way.. (smile)..

I saw your pictures you posted way back "drawings" wow, i had forgotten you had done that and other's commented there too.

I think talking on boards is great, I mean you can say what you want because no one knows you, that's the beauty of them.

It's strange you made that comment about the girl and the beach, I have always found that women are "so" .... against others, your body probably looked better than hers and so she wanted to "feel" that she looked better on the beach the next day.

I guess we really have to laugh at those people, because, really they are the ones with problems aren't they.

Well, your going to make some friends here, may be via an internet but next we'll get you to start up facebook lol, and it won't end from there.

Glad your feeling a bit better in yourself.

Aww those were the things my friend used to do to cheer me up,but now that she's gone it's not the same.Think last time I really busted up laughing was a month or two back when I saw this show on youtube about this cute nerdy guy who plays videogames and curses at the games. But then I got depressed cos I developed a crush on him and learned that he's married and made me feel like a total dork.

    What makes you happy?

.....Having hot guys hitting on me and appreciating me. When people say I'm sexy.....going out with some girl friends and feeling wanted and not left out. Feeling popular and having some purpose.

Personally listening to music makes me happy too but I miss being social.

....really you think it's because of that?? Wow I can see how that makes sense now that I remember.I never thought of that but now my memory of the time is coming back. She was kinda jealous of me saying she noticed guys were making passes at me out on the street and not her.....She was kinda pushy about going out to places and we went out to alot of places actually. Went to the art museum...saw Nine Inch Nails together...went clothes shopping and she even bought me a hair dryer.:-(The last day she visited me we were just mad at eachother and then she moved away. I must admit that really hurt...especially when she made those comments about losing weight, something I really take seriously . I feel so bad about how I look alot of times...I hate myspace and how all these girls get so many comments on their pictures and I don't get as much. Yeah sounds dumb but I don't know why I trip off those things so much.

As for the football thing on the message boards lol... but I never understand why guys are so obsessive about it and how they talk about it is weird. I know there are girls who like sports too but personally I don;t like sports,I'm not a football kind of girl....watching a baseball game or football game with a boyfriend always puts me to sleep lol. Same with politics and technology..

Off course women will belittle, if your friends and with them.. As i said, I saw your photos, I've seen your art, I've seen your nievity and sweetness, and way she would be jealous.

My-Space? Let me tell you, I have seen a woman on-going, posting and I look and I read and I think, but your asking for......... not inner person...

    So pends what you want..

And, judging on what you want, those guys will be superficial, looking at boobs and etc, and I know for a fact a few of my close guys don't reply...

It is those looking for "sex" that reply.

Be true to yourself and the interested in you will flock... the ones that want to use won't and after all that's not what you want at this point and time in your life now is it.

yeah myspace is superficial. I tried adding a girl who's friends with my ex bf/drummer but she would'nt add me lol. but like you said it's superficial, you're right. I see other girls on there like me too and to me the ones that don't get as much comments are more interesting. I dunno why tho but I feel this dark emptiness inside of me. I don't feel I'm as attractive ..not talking about only the internet either but in general. I have small boobs and have been thinking about getting implants but my mom does'nt want me to. She's scared I might die cos one of her friends tried to get implants and did'nt wake up from it. I don't believe her but I feel scared.I think I'm going to end up doing that anyways. I don't feel good about myself.

like you said I should stop putting myself down so much tho. It's a bad habit of mine.

Awww thanks CW,I will send you a PM after I write this ...I have'nt been here in a few days but just wanted to update on this thread.....feeling so-so lately. Some rude person left a bad remark comment on one of my photos that were tagged on someone's page and i've been in a very bad mood because of it. Other than that I sent an email to my therapist today. Trying to meet new friends lately too..... some local people I've met on craigslist who share similar interests. But I feel skeptical meeting new people especially on the internet.

Wow, I missed this thread. Isabells you've had a tough row to hoe. You are stronger than you know. A lot of people facing things like this don't make it - as you know. We are here in life to learn and grow and develop. Sometimes it seems too hard or painful, unfortunately no matter how bad you have it there is always someone who has it worse.

Cw is right you have things you enjoy and love. You have and have had freinds, even if some of them are gone, they are still a part of you. Do you get out much? It might be a good idea to do something, some volunteer work maybe? It sounds like you relate well to older people, is there a senior center in the area you could give a hand at a few times a week?
