    I am 24 yrs old with 3 kids. I am 5' 10" and weight about 185 lbs and counting. I was 160 before my last boy. It has been verry hard for me to stop eating. I work in a office and I am sitting down for about 9 - 10 hrs daily. I eat once or twice a day only when I have a chance. I was taking Trimspa a few months ago and it was working great. But I see that they are not sold at stores anymore. I am used to eating fat foods so I do not eat vegetables or low fat foods. I need some pills that could help me loose weight without having to excersize. I have not time to go to the gym. Too much going on Kids, Husband and house chores. If you might know of a great diet pill please let me know.

    I'm not really much on diet pills, I didn't need a pill to get fat so I don't need one to get unfat. lolol.

    Losing weight fast and 'diets' don't work in the long run. You can't live on a diet. And you have to eat, obviously. You could look up online exactly how many calories you need in a day to MAINTAIN your current weight and then subtract it by like 200 or so. All diets are based on calories, even if they try to camouflage it.

    If you're serious about losing weight quickly, I just dropped 12 pounds and LOTS of inches in 16 days on an all liquid fast called The Master Cleanse. Google it ... It was easier than I thought it would be. Believe me, it is easier to not eat anything all (once you get your mind around the concept) than it is to eat less/cut back. There may be a forum here on it, not sure since I only discovered this forum a few minutes ago, but there is an excellent forum at mastercleanser.com/forum (incase that link did not work it is mastercleanser DOT com slash forum). go to success stories and you can read day by day experiences. it's really incredible!     there is no magic pill that is going to allow you to eat all the fatty foods you want all day long while not exercising and still have you dropping 10 pounds a week...just take a second to read exactly what you just wrote and you will understand it sounds silly. i personally take apidexin but i dont rely solely on that to help me at all. firstly you should just do this to start.
    for 3 days im gonna ask you to write down EVERYTHING you ate or drank in a day. along with the calorie content and grams of fat PER serving. keeping in mind that a bag of chips may say 160 calories 90 calories from fat...but that is PER serving and that bag may contain 3 or 4 servings per bag so it would really be 640 calories and 360 calories from fat. add to that the 1 liter of pepsi (another 250 calories per bottle) and even though you dont think you eat very much in a day...that one bag of chips and one soda was nearly 1000 calories!!. (kinda hits us in the gut hard when we know the truth huh?)
    in order for you to be able to lose weight effectively hun you have just got to cut back on the types of foods you are eating and the sodas or juices. even cutting back 500 calories a day (or replacing 5 cans of soda with 5 bottles of water instead). you will see results sooner.
    i seriously hate to be that one negative person that says "oh you cant do it like that" when what you really want to hear is "try this pill it will make you lose 60 pounds in 30 days" but its the truth. and im telling you this because i learned it the hard way and i kinda had that same train of thought just a few months ago. working 9 hours a day doing nothing but sitting down..the only available take out was KFC or chinese food...no exercise...no time..and i would pop whatever new diet pill i found out there.

    this forum is such a great place to start for motivation,tips,recipes, you name it. good luck and please think over what i said.

    The one that is causing you to be fat are FATS. So, if you are going to continue eating fat while taking some diet pills, it's worthless. And diet pills can't give you instant effect. It might have some side effects that could harm more than could help you lose weight. The only effective solution for this is not a diet pill but an exercise and healthy diet. You have to force yourself to do that if you really want to lose some pounds.

    I agree with the above posters, i'm not against diet pills as such but the way you described it, they are not going to work for you any way. Diet pills only work when you are also watching what you eat and exercising.

    You say you don't have time to go to the gym because of kids, house etc. I don't have the time either, and i'm sure a lot of mum's are in the same situation. But i try and fix excercise into my life in different ways. Running around after my 1 year old is one way! lol. When cleaning i put on some music and dance my way around the house! I know that sound silly but it works! I look ridiculous most of the time but it makes me enjoy cleaning more aswell!
    When playing with my son, i lay on my back and lift him into the air.. just like doing weights but he has fun too!
    I also have wii fit, i don't know if you have one, or are in the situation to be able to get one but i go on that for a little bit in the evening and it is well worth the money.

    There are plenty of ways for you to get the excercise you need without having to shell out a ton of money for the gym! So think of your daily routine and why not figure out how you can turn it into your own personal gym!

    Hey there,

    I've started taking Alli pills. Also I am now going to Gold's Gym 3 times a week. They have day care there which is a huge help. Also I am eating a lot better than what I used to before. I guess my divorce help me a lot with that. But anyways I realized the only way for me to be thinner is by eating less but more frequently. Excersize is also great because it's helping me with getting averything tighther.

    You eat fatty foods and don't exercise. The truth is, you won't lose weight. Simply changing your diet and talking a walk once a day would do wonders for you. Take the kids and the husband. Do you feed your kids the same fatty foods that you eat?

    It is never suggested that you should loose the weight too fast, as it takes time for the body to adapt the changes which are we doing with out body while we are dieting and while exercising. You be patient about loosing the weight and do it the right way by taking good pill which can make you hungry slower.

    Hello Ipochina805,

    It's a good thing that you want to loose weight. However, loosing those extra unwanted pounds in a really rapid way is not going to be healthy.

    There are some options that you can do to start losing weight in a healthy way, here are some simple tips that I can share with you:

    - Try to drink as much water as you can every day, this will help you cleanse out your body from different toxins that will make you really unhealthy.
    - Never skip breakfast. Have an apple, freshly squeezed juice and a toasted wheat bread.
    - Keep away from taking too much carbohydrates.
    - While in your office, try to walk or do some pacing from your desk to the restroom every two hours.

    And if you can, slowly stay away from junk foods and fatty foods.
