I don't know about the hives part, but as for the sneezing I have the exact same thing, and I too thought it was allergies. Everyone, including my own mother laughed at me whenever I went from inside to outside because I sneezed each and every single time. With zero actual allergies even my own doctor chuckled when I asked what in the world would make me sneeze every time I went outside, she had no answer. It is very annoying, but I do know what it is. It is called ACHOO syndrome, no word of a lie. I was sitting in my genetics class one day and Mike the prof decided to make us laugh with some genetic mutation examples that result in some things that are relatively uncommon. Low and behold there on the list was "ACHOO syndrome - a genetic autosomal dominant trait that results in the photic sneeze reflex" (sneezing when exposed to bright light). Well I almost burst out laughing because I finally had the answer to the question that my G.P could not answer, what in the world makes me sneeze when I go outside. Turns out Mike the Ph.D geneticist also has the same thing, and when he said who else does I apprehensively held up my hand while laughing. Good times. I can now go out and joke about it because I consider myself an appropriate 'mutant' for that particular trait.Personnallly, I am allergic to the sun. I sneeze and get hives when th wweather is nice
