Severe hair breakage! Please help!

I have been experiencing severe breakage for the past couple of months. I had really thick hair before and now it is really thin and frizzy. I think it is also coming out at the root. I don't understand what is going on. I read somewhere about anemia causing hair loss, but does it cause breakage? I don't know what to do. Does anyone know how to stop this? Any advice please?

I have anemia, and my hair does fall out.
So I do things that don't exacerbate the loss like heat styling, and brushing.
I comb my hair with a wide tooth comb a few times a day, and keep it loosly braided at nighttime.

That might help you, if it don't you should go see a doctor about it.

dont worry there is a solution for your hair breakage you can use fenugreek and white pepper. i.e soak fenugreek for one day and grind it along with the white pepper and apply the paste in your hair nicely and leave it for half an hour and then wash your hair it will really work
