I would have to suggest have patience with yourself and keep up the great work! Sounds like a bit of a mental block and you can get past it a small step each week. Set a goal this week to keep at it for 6 minutes and just keep increasing it when you feel ready. You are giving your body a gift each day by working out congrats to you I started last week! Doesn't it feel amazing!!!
Watch your breathing. On your next workout slow down your pace and be aware of your breathing. Are you holding your breath? Sometimes we do that when exercising and nothing will wind you faster. Your muscles are working and they want oxygen. watch some video's on breathing techniques or read up on it if you find yourself holding your breath.
If you master your breathing you'll have a higher endurance as well. Don't give up you can get past this.
I think its wonderful your bf is soo supportive. Keep up the great work!
