Has any one tried one a day weight smart advanced? I bought it and the first time i used it, i took it after breakfast and didn't feel very well. However, i tried it another time but after lunch and felt ok. I haven't tried it since cuz i'm a bit scared. I want a multivitamin that won't cause me to gain weight since i am trying to achieve quite the opposite. Does anyone has any suggestions or feedback about one a day weight smart advanced since it is said to be one of those multivitamins that help curb hunger

i did. i think there was another thread on this vitamin pill. i had answered this before. i took it 2 days in a row...both times with food...both times i threw up within 20 minutes of taking the pill. so i switched to flintsone's vitamins...i think for me personally it might have been just too much to take. and the thing that ticked me off the most was the fact that i couldnt return it cause the stores here dont accept opened medications or pills so i was out 8 bucks

There is no multivitamin that should be causing you to GAIN weight. Any multivitamin should be sufficient to help your body create more energy; I can't think of any vitamin that should suppress hunger. That idea seems a little ridiculous ... that multivitamin is probably using something like caffeine or another unhealthy substance to substantiate their claim. Buyer beware.

    Little,
    Thank you for your response.
I am fully argee with your opinion. I am sure that multivitamins are not the solution.
I would lilke to know, however, what would you use to keep the weight the same or even to drive it down.

Default Joint and muscle pain after taking One a day weight vita.

I have had nausea but my worst discomfort is I woke up this morning with joint and muscle pain. I have been taking the vitamin for only 4 days. Has anyone else had any of the same symptoms?

    Default ...

I am so glad that i found this site.
I bought one a day weighsmart about a week ago and was quite leery of taking the pills. But decided since it was a multi vitamin i would start taking them. So about 4 days ago i popped my first pill and within 1 hour of taking it i started to develope serious nausea and dizziness. I thought it was just me getting used to the pills. I have taken it everyday since and have developed the same types of symptoms including diaherrra, back pain and feeling off balance. So, tonight i decided i would look them up online and i have been to over 100 sites and they all say the same thing about them. Thank goodness i figured out where these sicky feelings are coming from. I am definitly going to take them back to the store tomorrow and explain that they are not good for me.
