I finally got my spirulina in....and got many warnings of it's awful taste so I mixed it in with some blended fruit and juices (acai, blueberries, peaches) and can't taste it at all. The concoction looks yucky, because it's a deep dark green.....but it tastes just fine.
For those of you that are unfamiliar, look it up....it'll make you want to try it too!
Howcome you don't take it as pills. I am using 100mg pills of spirulina powder. They are easier to swallow and work wonders. I used them post chemo and helped a lot with radio therapy.
