Not sure if this is in the right place and I found a vacation topic but not what I was searching for. Just trying to do something new.. Different conversation, lol.

Whats your favorite vacation spot or where would you like to go? What made it so special and who were you with? What did you do? [Yes, lame, I know. Just trying to put myself out there for conversation, lol.]

I went to the Keys in May with my boyfriend, and his friends family. It was my first time in Key West [after living in Florida for 18 years!] and it was definitely a place I hope to go again soon. I've never been a fan of boats or even wanted to get on one but OMG. The sail from Marathon to Key West had to be the most beautiful experience ever. The scene was amazing. Tried snorkeling, definitely not my forte but the fish and the reefs were pretty magnificent.

Oh and Bahaii Honda!? Definitely a place I would love to see again [the state park of course, lol].

Geez. Google Mapping The Keys is making me sad, lol. I wanna go again!!

Soo. I've started!! Keep it going

My favorite vacation spot is Las Vegas. It was 2005 when i went there, & i dont have a great memory in general, so obviously i dont remember much of it. But i do remember the strip at night. Its booming with lights, & it is just gorgeous.I absolutely love it. Im shore when im older if i go back, I'll love it even more because im a partier.
My favorite vacation however, is not in one spot, but to go on a cruise. They take you to plenty new places in the ocean or along the coast of something. I meet just the greatest friends in seven days, my last one i cried so bad because i knew i maybe just never see them again, & we had the best memories ever in just one week. & its already paid for, so the food is pretty much free. eat eat eat ! (:

i went to cuba a couple of years ago and it was amazing. clear blue seas, perfect beaches and the people were so friendly, the atmosphere was unbelievably relaxed and people seemed intent on just having fun and dancing - all the time! would definitely go back again.

My favorite area is near my ancestral home in Nagano Japan. There is a beautiful hot spring spa's there and it's near the snow monkey park which are just the cutest little monkeys in the world, especially the babies. The park near a group of monkeys in the winter is where my hubby proposed to me.
It's very peaceful there and you really feel connected to life and no need for mobiles or computers.

Right, Neaky, I think this subject belongs in the girl talk forum, but if CW approves then it's a go, huh...?

I like the massage thing, but that's a "me" thing and not a "we" thing altho I would love to share a massage parlour with my hubby next to me and the meseurs are opposite sex to ours...SIGH...! I would probably wring his neck if he enjoyed it too much...lol

My favourite vacation place is always being alone with my hubby in the woods, the forests, the mountains, especially during the warm season... The inlaws have our girls for a week each and I get the chance to show my hubby what Adam and Eve really were into in that garden of eden...yes yesss yesssssss...! I especially like the mountains in NH and southern Kentucky as rarely would we cross paths with another couple or a peeping tom...
